He did not have a spat, he intentionally tried to rile up somebody for no just reason. He bullied another housemate, he tried to instigate a mob action against him, he derided him, insulted his intelligence and challenged his masculinity.

We will not reduce everything Pere did to WhiteMoney in that house to just a spat. It was not a spat, it was a calculated attempt to unsettle a man just because he figured him out.
