On the quantity of material required, there's more information needed to get what you need. However, based on my experience on the location of your site, the septic tank and soak away (Cesspool) is going to be reinforced concrete throughout. If that should be the case, then I can give you the cement and reinforcements quantities since that seems to be your concern.

1, The guy has only drilled less than 30feets... and we agreed 200 feets above (65meters to 70meters) Every new borers I took there don't even regards the 30feets as a job... they are requesting for full money...150k above ..


2, The additional 100k was paid to him at point of sales of the pipes... this is because he didn't buy the pipes from the initial 200k deposit.. The pipe was bought after his driller develop problem.. I had to used the pipe buying as a way of recovering my money... it tools the intervention of my sister before he could add 50k to my 100k to buy pipes..

3,Like I said earlier.. he bought the pipes because I pressurized him to.. our agreement was that he will buy the pipes from the initial 200k... but when he failed.. I had to force him to buying pipes by 100k to it.

4, I have tried all to reach out to the guy.. he just reads my messages without reply.. He still even upload new jobs he is doing in his watsapp status.. I don't know how TWINSKENNY could relate with such a person..

The 50k offer of TWINSKENNY plus my 50k is just 100k..

the new drillers are charging 200k to 250k currently...

mine is who will balance this remaining balance...

I have requested a 100k refund.. or he TWINSKENNY collects the 100k with me and find who to complete it according to our earlier agreed contract..

I bought something from this guy(big CEO) last year November and he failed to deliver, i asked for refund and he’s been playing me since.

The same CEO still post goods worth millions on his page daily and still even went on vacation last week with his wife.

I don use police, Efcc and co! And even the amount spent sef don almost reach 20% of the whole money yet the guy is not moved.

Getting a debtor to pay is purely LUCK and God’s grace and now how you’re wicked. (My money with him is over 1M)

My advice to you, if you value your peace of mind, drill the borehole with your money and count your loss.

It depends.
If power is not an issue, electric is better (especially, the fan oven). Typically consumes 2kW - 3kW which most average generator struggle with.
If power is an issue, gas is better.

I am not privy to the the borehole situation here and I didn't go back to read the whole back and forth but one thing I want to remind us is for us to be careful when dealing with anyone, whatever you do in life, be honest, don't feel you are a "fast guy" or a "sharp guy" and can do a shiťty job for someone to take their money or refuse to pay a contractor when you are supposed to pay them.

Be careful out there, like I keep telling people and we all laugh at it.. people pull their shirt, risky their lives to fight over N100 change from a conductor or bike man etc.. what can't they do when you swindle them the amount of money I see here ??

I have done back breaking jobs, I have been shoved, kicked, spit on punched etc.. just to make this money and you gon take it from me? Like swindle me?? Nah nah.. we dye here I have gone far and wide to draw debt and you are paying my expenses.. go hide in Sao Paolo, nicosia, Istanbul thinking you tough.. I will meet you there, Turin, Holland, Ijebu ode, you name it.. I will be there in person. Man pass man no be boasting.. while I was after my money and expenses.. some people don't mind setting your house on fire when you swindle them, or take the person out of the game..

The broken spirit, a broken man/woman , a broken hearted can do undoables.. they could go to extent people don't think is possible... so be careful out there.. money have been here before we came to this world, it will be here after we are gone.. again, never underestimate the willpower of a broken hearted!

No matter the amount involved, my mental health matter to me more than anything else.

Worrying about money can make our mental health deteriorate.

So I cut my losses and walk away from bad deals/businesses/relationships and never to look back.

When the issue of taking the borehole contractor to the police was raised, I just laugh. Police

I remember helping someone here to track down a debtor who ran away with his N15m.
The shocking part was that we were the one who end up giving money to feed the guy and get him a bail when police got him arrested.

A supplier here is owing me some money, I’ve completely forgotten about it and I’ve given him even bigger jobs.

I’m very quick to forgive, forget and move on with my life. It’s far cheaper for me than taking medications or having people organize pity parties for me.

I was compelled to refund the monies paid to a staff of the Lagos State Civil Service. Despite the fact that maverick live just 5 minutes drive from the Ikota office of the Ministry of Physical Planning, Lagos. He wasn’t ready to go to the office to fight the govt even when the guys there were waiting for him to come and challenge them.
