Understanding your players strengths and how to set up your team to maximize the players potentials.
That’s majorly management. These are players we have seen play under different managers, so we know the skill set is there.

What is my business with how we played under Moyes, Van Gaal and Mourinho? Ole was brought in to out do those guys in every department. We obviously don't hold the coaching staff and players to the same standards that's why you might be satisfied with Ole or continue believing in his ability going forward...

He needs squad depth.. Most of these players will fade out as the season goes by.
