Got this issue in my office but....

I changed it to her Normal passport by editing it.....

from d deployment window u will see all d available ppas choose anyone that is closer to u, go to d school and explain to d person in charge to give u d school letter headed paper for acceptance letter that will contain your details fully signed and stamped by d person incarge. Then upload d rejected one and d acceptance letter gotten from d new place. This is all u need to do, shikinni

No mislead that guy oo.
My advice is for him to upload the rejected one under acceptance link and wait for npower to redeploy him or better still request for redeployment

Edit your profile, put your new passport and also upload other documents. You should be good to go. I still edit for someone today.

Please someone should help me. I kept on pressing download PPA letter continously and among the response I was getting, I sighted "Date of birth not valid with Bvn details" But I'm certain my bvn date if birth is what I have on all my credentials and on my Npower portal

This exactly the same challenge that I'm facing here.

I have been trying to download the PPA letter even in the midnight still I can't.

Edit/update your profile including your bank details, your date of birth (DOB), even if the inputted DOB is correct edit it and re-input the same date, upload all the required documents and summit, then click on the deployment tab and download your deployment letter. hope this helps..
