How much is the money.? If it is up to N3million I guess you have a chance. Though N5million looks much more presentable. First EFCC has lawyers they work with so you need to contact their partner lawyers. They will charge you a hefty fee depending on size of transaction. After that the lawyer will write a petition on your behalf summarising the business transaction. Once your petition is approved your case will be assigned to a unit and a location also depending on some jurisdiction factors. Many criminals in Nigeria �� and many petitions with them so you will have to wait like few months if God is on your side and it gets to your turn. You will cut a deal with them based on recovered amount and pray to God for help too. How much will you pay me for my free advice your owing me one

not so true , I recovered my 500k in less than 4month , didn't spend up too 50k at their kd office

They won’t arrest him, but they won’t hesitate to milk him dry even when knowing they might not apprehend the criminal. But if luckily they could, it will be worth it and the OP will gain all back. It is just a pity
