It is displaying that I should change N-Teach but I'm unable to change cos it isn't bringing out options, I also noticed that my BVN is tagged "Invalid BVN". Yes you can, just keep tapping on the download PPA Letter box several times constantly for like 5mins, it will pop up and say it has been saved. meanwhile, use google chrome

I used ssce, I've received congratulations message but haven't been deployed, and saying NO BVN. I can't find space to add BVN
