Very unsuitable in high traffic areas.

Work fine in home office, studio, media room and other less traffic areas.

I’d equip furnitures in room where laminated wood flooring are done with rubber castors to prevent scratch.

There are 3 types of services that people in Skimanski’s class delivers. You can only pick 2.

Good.
Fast.
Cheap.

If it’s Good and Fast, it won’t be Cheap.
If it’s Fast and Cheap, it won’t be Good.
If it’s Good and Cheap, it won’t be Fast.

As per the communication lapses, since it’s a known issue, I’d find a way to work around it to get what I want if it was me.

Skimanski is not slow though. I have a guy that you need to book at least 6 months to deliver a door. People who values his work use him.

From my over 8 years of frequenting the property section, I can tell u that Skimanski remains the best when it comes to detailed, quality and top notch finishes. Others such as Brabus, Dennis are trying but I don't think they are not upto skimanskis level.
