So here's the gist...most of this agents are thieves....they will collect your money and tell you they will do it and it be out in 3/6 weeks....Lies!....
Paid 50k to my useless and hopeless agent just do the normal filling and dump my file there..my file begin move like snail...got to production and got stuck....how did I know you ask?...I went there on Wednesday and summoned up courage to approach the PCO incharge of ikoyi command even with his escort...because I was frustrated...the man attended to me politely and he was shocked that my passport renewal was taking that long...12 F-ing weeks....told me to bring my enrollment number ...gave it to his fair beautiful looking secretary to check for me...only to find out that my file has been at production since July....my mumu agent left it there , didn't follow up and kept on giving me false hope... I nearly cried...tipped the chick 2k in recharge cards and told her I needed it out...went back into the PCO office (nah mind o) told him what I saw and he signed on my enrollment paper and told me to give it back to the lady...the lady told me to go that it would be ready latest today.....and I got a call from her to come and pick it that it's ready for collection...ladies and gentlemen don't give any agent any money at ikoyi if the agent no be strong connect because they are just eating people money for free...many are thieves.... surprisingly Ikoyi POC was very nice helpful and polite without asking for anything....nah only that fine babe I collect number do her card...and I go take her out for dinner before I move 9 Likes 1 Share |

Thank you It's the immigration officers pointing out the miss and mrs thing o Also the online form only has miss or mrs as options in the title area. If I choose Miss, it's misleading because that's not my current status (in case of any future need) Oggg:
Put it this way.
Eg your father’s surname is Elechi
Your husband’s surname is Madu
You are either Miss Elechi or Mrs. Madu
You are not Mrs. Elechi as that is your father’s name.
If there’s anything you dnt want to face is stress of Nigerian change and change.
There is absolutely no haste in changing your name but if you insist on keeping your maiden name, the right thin is Miss.. the maiden name and not Mrs. Maiden name
It is very incorrect.
As for your application later, there is no where on the intl passport that will be printed that will state miss or mrs
Also lots of married women still have their maiden names on their documents and are recognized as married. The Western world does not enforce or force uou to change your name so I wonder why you feel your status as married will not be recognized except you change your prefix.
The single/married thing filled on the immigration portal does not come up anywhere on the data page of your ppt.
Attach your marriage certificate and other proofs of genuine relationship between you and your husband to your dependent application, that is admissible evidence and not the date of international passport or prefix or married or single or mrs on intl ppt form.

Good morning everybody.....I saw all the emails but I couldn't reply with her number ...why?...because I asked her I wanted to give her number to some of my friends that had same issue as me but she told me not to give her number out...I even said they were close friends whom I know personally....she still said I shouldn't that it will cause commotion which may lead to the PCO quarring her which I kinda understand....my advice now is everyone should go to ikoyi command on Monday or whenever you can....the PCO's office is just directly opposite that zenith bank ATM.....he dey always come out of him office ...I assure you that man is very approachable....nor be say I wear suite or look like big man when I go....he is very nice and soft spoken...approach him nicely and just tell him your problem....he will assist....that was what I did.....I pray we all get our passports out .....Goodluck everyone 8 Likes |
