In everything we do in life SELF CONTROL is very important, 5 years ago i dislocated by jaw bone while trying to chew a massive fried meat and the pain was very excrutiating the doctor prescribed TM for me and i became hooked for 2 years and i dont go beyond 100 gram, thats self control, before i eventually quit! But i was shocked last week when i saw a guy popping 800 miligram once in an empty stomach early in the morning and he was grinning like a sheep and tokd me he does that everyday and i told him his death is near

I have done a couple of drug in my life time, but i swear i have never seen any drug as addictive as TM, bro initially i was doing TM 365 days out of 365 days thats everyday, but I've been sober now for 2 years now and it all boils down to SELF CONTROL, if you really want to quit, you have to start by doing something that will keep you busy everyday like work, dont stay idle, if you could stay a day without TM eventually it will progressed to 2 days, then 1 week, then 1 month, then 1 year, and you can only achieve that with high level of decipline and self control on your part
