Yes there is a decline some time after vaccination but it rises again to make the body more resistant plus recent research shows that long term immunity may last for years.

Also it is true that if you get infected you get a stronger immunity to covid. But it is also true that you can die at a higher rate than the vaccinated or you can get severe illness at a higher rate than the vaccinated. Vaccinated people get the disease but are more likely to get a milder version.

The mrna in the vaccine is similar to the mrna that the covid uses to manufacture the materials it needs to form the proteins that would eventually be assembled into the virus.

I don't know of other States,but in Lagos is very easy to get the vaccine. Just register at nphcda.vaccination.gov.ng, choose the local and a location close to you.
