You can fill a new VISA form if you want but I don't think it will be considered. So many re-filled forms were rejected lately.

Next booking date is September 13. It should open at random times between 8am to 4PM (or further) just like the last time.

Please I have a question, my collection date is today (as on the slip) but when I checked the embassy website this morning, i saw that collection is only done on mondays, wednesdays and fridays. Please does anyone knows someone who has collected theirs on days other these three days?

A friend of mine is trying to apply to the MSc Physics program at the University of Warsaw and the repsonse updated on her application portal states 'Lack of the scan of the admission points calculation signed by the candidate'......I guess it is supposed to be a document, to the best of my understanding.

Does anyone please have an idea what that means or better still someone who must have had something similar during his/her cause of appliacation. What could be done to correct this as soon as possible; she has up until monday 13/09 to submit/update/upload the document.

Any form of assistance on how to go about this will be so appreciated.

The school provided a formula to calculate admission points based on the undergraduate transcripts..put this formula in an excel sheet, calculate and sign
