Baba is best you do upfront medicals and upload the e-medical via webform

frankob:
Greetings everyone one
I need advise.
I submitted my visa application August 27th, I did biometrics in 2019 so it’s still valid. I already booked for upfront medical for September. Is it still ok to do the upfront medical as I have already submitted the application or should I cancel the medical appointment and wait for the IRCC medical instructions before going for the medical?

If they ask you can just tell them you don’t have it on you, but if it won’t be a problem you can just take it along

Thank you for the reply at least I am visible.
I was thinking that since I got a good GP for my masters that it could influence the admission process for another masters

My major concern is that the VO might raise eyebrows if I decide to go for a PGD with a masters degree already. I do not want to make any mistakes.

[quote author=mastersammy post=105673518]

With regards to your first question concerning if it's ok for you to go for masters in environmental science, occupational safety which aligne with your educational background or buisness degree which goes with your past and present buisness work experience.
For me I will say it all depends on what your future prospects or should I say long term goals are, so if you can answer this then you can easily pick which course to go for in Masters.

Yes, you need to pay DHL return fee. They would bring it straight to your home once it has been stamped. They are not allowing people to collect the passport at their office due to COVID.

it hurts, no too think am oh but you will get over it.

Hey guys!!!

I’m so emotional right now oooo

PPR dropped this morning

May 15#fullyfunded LL.M

I’ll drop details later. Thank you all so much.

My application details-
Application submitted -May 15
No travel history ooo
University of Saskatchewan- Masters in Law(fully funded)
Only one ghost update -August 7
Upfront medicals-May 26
Biometrics- May 25

Documents submitted
All forms duly filled

Proof of financials-
Letter of funding of 20,000 dollars per year
Deed of gift from my mum of about $15,000
Just the normal first bank statement.
I didn’t submit my mum’s statement I was scared lol
Landed documents about 5 of them for my parents and I didn’t state the value

2 paged statement of purpose
Family pictures
I don’t bear the same surname with my parents so I swore an affidavit as to birth attestation duly notorized

Submitted employment letter
Study leave from work
Transcripts
Waec certificate
LL.B certificate
Law school certificate
Scholarship award certificate from Total Oil and Gas for my undergraduate level
Birth certificate
Siblings birth certificates
Parents passport.

My application was not organized, I panicked a lot when I got scared I sent countless web forms and emails. Later on I sent confirmation of enrollment document, correspondence from school stating that they will pay my school fees for fall term from my scholarship and the documents I had to sign in that effect.

If someone had told me this will be a reality last year maybe I’d have been in doubt. This is to encourage everyone oo, the pain of waiting cannot be measured but God will come through. I cried yesterday sef and almost sent them an email that my mental health is seriously affected by the endless wait but one voice said I should chill.

I’ve made wonderful friends that have helped me through this platform and for that I’m grateful. Thank you all and may God help us on our individual journeys. Amen
