Recently or in the past? Study or others?? If you go to their site now, they've edited student's submission to 30-60 days before planned date of travel.
Also ask people who just submitted additional documents is 2 weeks after submission while collection is a month after.
Please make proper research to avoid being frustrated

But even if one is denied based on number 8 ,can't one apeal with updated school documents for the new intake??

Ok the thing is that
U need to apply at the embassy before two week of resumption
So if u get a date for submission if u calculate and it within two weeks of resumption
I advice u to ask for another extension or just ask for refund

With the way this thing is going I’ll advise you authenticate at the Ministries, Legalize at the embassy, and wait to apply for Feb/ March intake.

That way the pressure won’t get to you

Pay for it!! And get the receipt, attach it along side ur documents

One can surely appeal but I don't think anyone wants to go through the emotional stress of waiting 30days just to get denied then appeal.

That's why it's better to get the documents right.

Lol this poland hustle supposed don toughen everybody way the apply na...so even if them deny person e no supposed weigh d person down, na to give them wetin them want ,and keep hoping and beliveing

So IMO get the date apply first and even if your denied then Apeal after all na the next intake....that gives one enough time to hustle for the visa non stop this year...then next year na movement

It’s best you find a private accommodation contract to submit for visa application purposes since dorms aren’t available. What city? So we know what to recommend?

SMALL WORD OF ADVICE TO PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS

One thing the majority of us who applied this year failed to acknowledge was the importance of time in this Poland Student visa process. It’s clear now that to calmly get yourself in order you must work with almost superhuman speed.

I would highly recommend that:

1. You start applying the first week your intended university starts the call for applications.

2. Authenticate your documents now and wait for October/ November admission rounds.

3. Read! Read! Read on Nairaland! Read on quora. Read another as long as the headline is Poland.

4. Pay application fees immediately applications are open. An option is using transferwise; the best is getting someone in Poland to asssist you.

5. If your school requires legalization before admission try to book a date now. It wouldn’t hurt. Do it and wait. Hopefully, the Embassy will not change its stance on allowing legalization in the day of visa interview AGAIN.
