E get the ones wey just dey do am to earn a living ....them plenty for 9ja ..no passion ...nothing....I don see doctor wey dey do MBA, I asked him y ...he said he was hoping to change professions and wants to get a job in the financial or FMCG industry....I then asked....won't u miss ur profession? Don't u love what u do? The answer he gave me ehn....na there I know say problem dey this country....

Majority of them can't just wait to write u a general prescription so u can leave their front and they can begin to surf the Internet....u go shock say doctor wey wan diagnose u go dey post for nairaland dey analyse bbnaija hm's ....

Tbh tho, what you see is what the government is promoting. Alot of us are frustrated and you can’t blame us. Keeping 3 jobs. Surviving on locum. Even residency na slavery.

The patients suffers it but we are also not being encouraged.

Yeah, that’s why the average Nigerian isn’t aware of his health. Medical professionals don’t enlighten them. Abi no be why CMPC dey be that? Imagine someone not knowing the implications of abusing NSAIDs! Just a month in Internal medicine and you pity Nigerians. Poor awareness of health, late diagnosis, total lack of information.

I believe every opportunity should be used in passing useful knowledge. Preventive medicine is as important as therapeutic.
