Mine started when I mistakenly collected a movie from a friend in school. I love watching action movies, so each time I don't have enough data to download online, I result to collecting from friends around.

Didn't even know one of the movie I received was a full porn movie titled 'body heat', I started watching this movie late in the night, lo and behold, it was pornography, I could stop watching, that was how I started masturbation. I would masturbate at least twice in a week. Sometimes I'd do it upto five times in a week. It continued for 5 months before I finally summon the courage to delete that movie. That was I stopped mine.



It maybe easy to stop for selected few, but a lot of people find it difficult to stop addiction.
