Early this year, I paid 12m naira to a contractor that I met through my uncle. He left my site before getting to the agreed milestone. I went after the contractor, even though I paid him through my uncle.
My uncle provided me the needed support including the evidence of the payment he made to the contractor’s account.
My uncle would have been found culpable, if he had prevented me from getting his friend (contractor) arrested for fraud.

Did twinskeny prevented you from arresting the guy? Did he hinder you from taking any decision to recover your money or to facilitate the completion of the job?

baba if water droplets is already coming out under the concrete slab, go and locate the areas in which water is finding its route, fill it with cement, then treat the surface of the roof slab, don't allow water to be logged on the roof, if it is not sloppy, make it sloppy, if you don't understand this, quote me no more

Borehole Contractor - 50k (you said your sister had to intervene when you want to buy pipe)
Spyder880 - 20k

You didn’t send him 300k. You sent 200k out of which 120k has been refunded back to you.

Based on precedent and the way similar issues has been handled in the past, if you don’t get that N80k this forum won’t know peace.
