Hello Oyesquare

How many times have you applied that you are giving up..

You have not seen applicants getting their visa after the 4th, 5th , 6th attempt?
I know of an applicant that got his Visa after the 8th attempt in Part 13 or 14 or so...

You have your choice to decide on what to do though, but I advise you get your GCMS notes, tackle the Visa officers concern and give it a try again..

It will def end in praise

Peace
Oyesquare10:
My application was just refused based on personal asset and financial status. I am expecting one GCMS notes by 18th of this month. But as it is, I don't think I will apply again, I might have to look for another country.

Bruh you're slow. I guess it's my mistake nothing about pride and anger I'm talking from a place of reasoning. He said his uncle should state how much he will offer as funds now in that 15 million how much will a sponsor comfortably give as school fees and living expenses considering his own needs. It's logic. The latter part of the text was to prove ties as an uncle. If you as a PA can't figure out that the funds may not add up after taking over 80% of what's in the account and the sponsor is left with 20% there's definitely something off. Makano just used a flexible approach to his case. It's like saying think you for self? ,do you think this amount will be enough? How much is your uncle going to give you?, I was just direct by telling him that amount wasn't going to cut it. I'm not angry and I don't have pride. You're the one that's too slow to read between the lines

@Teemenzo and @Omiinii
I've seen lots of uppercuts and bellow the belt punches from you guys,it ain't worth it nao, abeg the two you.

We've seen an application with 40m POF trashed based on funds,we've also seen an application with just 3m POF approved. There's no master's blue print to this quest, we can only try our best and leave the rest for God.

If you're right in front of me, what's on your left becomes what's on my right, this simply implies that there are more than a single perspective to a particular issue.

Please let's sheath the swords, we're all here either to be helped or to help and we can do that without being defensive; there's no point trying to prove any point.

We're all one.
One love, like 2baba,share am anyhow grin

What do you advice we do ooo
This is my sister page
They sent medicals on 7th and sent refusal on 13th

This's baffling and unfathomable.

Probably they linked the two applications.
May I ask,was there enough funds to cater for both of you at the same time?

It's really confusing

Sorry about your refusal, i think you should see your GCMS note before taking a drastic decision of not applying again.

Which platform or link did you use to order your GCMS note?

Silverkc:
Good day everyone.

Yesterday I got a rejection Letter from IRCC.

Reasons are,

1. Financial Status and personal assets.
2. Family ties.

I was wondering if my application was actually reviewed.
I don't understand how someone that submitted an application with 6 million in my account, 17 million in my sponsors account, my employment letter from my bank and confirmation letter with account statements.

I also submitted my wife's details plus my child. My wife, child , 6 siblings and parents birth certificates.
My family won't be going with me. My application was a self application. My family is here in Nigeria, siblings and parents are also here in Nigeria.

Yet I was rejected on a family ties bases.

If I could understand the financial status and personal assets own. What about family Ties?
Is my wife, child, siblings and parents not a family? my application was just self application. So what brought about rejection based on family ties.

This shows that IRCC does not review most applications. They only issue decision based on assumption. Because I submitted every details concerning my family including Marriage certificate from Federal Government judiciary.

I was pained because I wasted time waiting for the study permit, even when I had a chance to travel to UK.

So everyone. Just keep praying hard. Because is only God that helps on this issue. Do ur own part and add it with prayer.
As for me, I just took it that this was not God's plan for me.
Let me try UK and U.S instead of reaplyin again. I don't believe canada reviews applications properly.
A friend told me but I doubted.

God bless u all. I wish u guys all the best.

You're never wrong about IRCC's lapses and inefficiency, not all applications are thoroughly reviewed before jumping to decision, maybe due to being overwhelmed sha.

Why not give it a shot one more time?, it becomes easier because you can easily peep into the major concerns via gcms note and direct your arsenal well-well.

Uk is well organized and straight forward but can you try Canny for the last time

Congratulations on securing a supervisor.

Don't ask about funding yet, some programs automatically fund all admitted MSc thesis and Ph.D. students.

What is your intended course of study?
Thank you for your response.
My intended course of study is Data Science.

Did you apply there too?

Hello DM

Everybody keep asking this question, and I have answered this p[articular question multiple times..

Do you have your new LOA, if no, then no need informing them of ur deferral.. If you do, they will request for an updated LOA which you do not have now..
And once IRCC ask you for a document, there is always a timeline/deadline to submit it... So imagine ur LOA doesn't come within the timeframe, u know what that means, so do not shoot urself in the leg...

Just submit your Medical slip given you in the clinic, and relax.. If they need an updated LOA, they will inform you.

Or once ur updated LOA drops, you can then inform them and submit your updated LOA as well..

Peace
Thank you for your advice. I have been sent the updated LOA but I guess I'd just stick with uploading only the medicals for now.

my notes are out.

Lump deposits are sums received from my sponsors. One from my sponsor since November 2020 and another received by my mum in April which I used to pay my fees. With all the letters of sponsorship and gift deed I attached.

So sorry for your refusal.

Leaving your spouse and child may not be the only factor they considered,
Mum sponsoring you instead of husband and stuff like that could have raised questions.
Your level of establishment here, how your kids will be catered for financially and all that ....
Yes they have issues with shabby reviews sometimes but we need to check all angles to be able to fire back strong.
If you just question their reviews without tackling the concerns they may have raised even if not clearly stated, you will still fall short in the next application.

Did you include anything about your husband? Did he write any letter to show his support and how he would care for the kids or you stated all these in your LOE...

I am not a guru, just my observation.

Kam3:

We were both refused for the same purpose, I was refused yesterday and I was also wondering if they actually review my application.

Imagine refusing for home ties when it is stated in the gcms I ordered earlier as married and have a child non-accompanying.

Hello Great people.
Like I said earlier here that I did an upfront medical examination and it was Passed until 1st of September, the status was removed and I was sent a medical request.
I was adviced to raise a webform showing bmy medical slip as evidence that it has been done and submitted to them with the slip the clinic gave to me as evidence of the submission.
I did it and 5 days later, IRCC acknowledge the webform but my medical status has not changed. What's your advice because of the time frame for the medical request elapses on 30th of September ?
I'm really confused.

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by RollyA(f): 6:27pm On Sep 14, 2021
That’s their problem. Lol. At least I have paid all my tuition now and done GIC. I’m waiting to see what next the issue will be. It’s amazing that I have held most of these funds for up to a year now. The recent one received was even immediately used to pay my tuition. It is indeed well
