They do. Very strong one. Though not as much as the yorubas in Oyo, but it's evident.

Infact the H factor is even stronger in Warri where the Urhobos are the majority than in Ondo.

I've lived and worked with people from Warri. Mostly Urhobos and Ijaws with few Isoko and Itsekiri.
H factor is a thing amongst them and its most evident among the Urhobos than the others I've met.

This is my personal experience. Even other Ijaws from other states don't have that H factor, but the ones from Delta, especially those in and around Warri do.

Note: I'm not saying every person from Warri has a H factor!

No one even went to him yesterday cos they knew it was the truth and my joy was Angel, Queen and Cross had been previously present when he was instigating rubbish about Nini!
