Please my husband doesn't have tax clearance for his company account. But he has all other documents to support for the evidence transfer of funds to me as my sponsor. He equally wants to submit his work place ID, account statements, payslips, because he is working with a company in PH. Hope the tax clearance won't be a problem?. |

Christabeliciou: There is no law presently advising against that. that said the new rules are coming out today so you might want to wait a bit if you haven't submitted yet to see what the rules would mean for you. |

Juddy2018: You are going back and forth... All your husband needed is to transfer the money into your account and write the sponsorship letter stated how much he sent, date, time, purpose That's all, your husband don't need to submit any documents. |

I would also like some clarification regarding this. Is the 'other income or savings' the money that has been accumulating in one's current/salary account or money that is in a separate savings account? Any insights will be greatly appreciated. Gentlesoul3268: |

Nchabuomo: I think is not the total amount in the salary account you wanted to present? That question sound if you have other saving account I am curious about this questions too when Im helping my sister to fill her form. But Other incomes and savings are things like shares and bonds, money generated from properties, pensions, any other money received apart from your job. Let other gurus share more light on this very question where they asked do you have other income or saving?? Thanks 2 Likes |

Gentlesoul3268: So I just checked my previous application form and I think you might be right actually. Cause there's also a question on how much I had in savings and a question on the source of the other income. Looking at the question it's actually asking if you have any other income or savings. There's a section to enter how much you make from the other income in a year and another section to enter how much you have in savings. |
