For those that were advising people to set up night clubs targeted at Yahoo boys. I hope you having been noting various news reports of EFCC raiding hotels cos of Yahoo boys.

I hope you are realizing it is not a sustainable business strategy. At least not in Nigeria. (Maybe you can try Italy.)

3. I was expecting a report on stuffs like Warrant, Investigation, principal actors and where they are.....not "arresting people anyhow...or...humiliatingly video"

Hoteliers have an arrangement with security agencies to report suspects...some hotels don't preferring the illicit monies these element spend in them. If security agencies move in on your hotel and you did not report, then you have yourself to blame

Hotels should employ armed security personnel. They should make EFCC show a warrant before breaking into any private property or get shot! Since is now a show of force.

Take a look at club 57 and the other hotel in Ibadan, once they break into your hotel and harass guests that is the end of your business. I was at that hotel about a month ago, they aren't even upto 3 months old and where still doing some construction works low key.

Too bad for the owner, I won't be going there for any reason and I will also warn my friends to stay away. If you like call me a fraudster na you sabi.

I once lodged at one hotel in Enugu, and someone knocked (lightly) my door at ~1am..... I was like the hotelier was directing prostitute to my room unsolicited. I'd rather sleep in the known brands... it's way safer

You can argue that....but what "professional conduct" do you expect when you go for raids where criminal elements may bear weapons?

This is a hotel accommodating several innocent and legit business people... The other day, it was housing accommodating legit individuals too.

There are tactical ways to extract and arrest criminals without putting Innocents in compromised or embarrassing positions. This is not even something we should argue. It is practiced world over... That's where proper due diligence comes in.

If innocent people harassed and violated in the arrest process sue, in civilized societies, do you know what it would cost efcc?!!
