Hello gent my Redmi Note 9t have developed an issue when an incoming call bip on my phone it won't show me the caller name, the phone ll be blank untill I put in unlock the passcode only then I can have access to pick the call or know who's calling.

Please what's the remedy to solve the problem.

I would suggest its from the sensor, but i will need to check it to conclude.
