the total sum of making the 2bedroom semidetached bungalow is about #7,124,485 ( for everything) a tenant has moved into one of the apartments.

If you multiple the value by 3.28 ( per meter)

Size of nigerite roof slate should be 420mm x 320mm, it means that 10tiles will cover 1m² if that works, it means that 3,022 tiles will roof the estimated area but you
may budget for 3050 tiles in case of any damages.

Great job sir. Is Nigerite slate more expensive than longspan Aluminium?

Well, it not going to take same amount because of the prices of materials now, but however we will prefer to charge for the whole construction on stages not only supervision and workmanship. Thanks
