Liquor's fans too will not go all out for Emma, they could give 20-30% of the votes they would normally give Liquor, but they cannot go all out for him.

Same way WhiteMoney fans will not go all out for anybody. Na still 20-30% of their votes they will give out.

The issue here now is 20-30% of votes from Pere, will differ from 20-30% votes from Liquor's base, and that will differ from 20-30% of White's base, so, it gives the illusion that one fanbase tries more than the other.

Ultimately, alliances may push someone to some extent, but your base needs to be solid enough so that whatever drops of water the alliance adds to that bucket, will fill it.
