Something that is very easy.
Pearl1910, CheerfulGiver, XGhost, kanuisagoat, gentlelife50, Felicity001 to name a few makes this easily every week, back to back. And many others here davit, deedee44, donfortune48,ifebarbie. Infact the question should be if you don’t save 100k a week you should seek for help.

If you can’t save 100k a week as a driver in Lagos you need to seek for tutorials (ants criteria)
The extra 6k is easy, just get delivery trips and go home then on your inDriver app after 1hr grin

Let’s assume You earn 300k driving every month (3.6million)
House rent 600k/yr
School fees 400k * 3 terms (1.2m)
Miscellaneous (1.3m/yr ) : feeding clothes,NEPA,hospital, relatives, fueling Gen,
Car maintenance (300k/yr)
Total =(3.5m)
3.6m - 3.5m = 100k
Savings 100k
Still better than someone earning bulk 170k monthly... Besides, how many jobs out there pay 170k monthly, as low as a pittance that it is?

On this thread, we have people who earn less than 100k a month.

It's easy to calculate 300k because bolt drivers can make it, can you also calculate for the men that make between 50 - 100k monthly?

Then, what married man will prefer to remain on a 100k monthly job, when he can drive and make 300k monthly?

Your calculations lend credence to my clarion call for everyone earning less than 300k to RESIGN that damn job, and start driving... Let me ignore the fact that you assumed that every married person spends 1.2m a year on school fees, which is balderdash by the way, and make bold to say that - No married man who makes 100k a month spends 600k on accommodation, nor does he spend 400k a term on school fees. Therefore, If a married man who has been taking care of his family on a 100k monthly salary maintains his expenses after he starts making 300k, he'll save more than he requires....

Facts only.

This is a statement of fact. Saving 100k is a possibility. Everyone can save 100k is not the same as everyone will Save 100k.

We all have different expenses. The fact is saving 100k is easy. Not having the self control to save 100k is not Olayetan's Problem, neither does it negate the fact that saving 100k is very easy.

Your sarcasm doesn't and will not change that fact.

Wrong.

For you to save 100k weekly, you have to gross a minimum of 200k weekly. It's not for everyone.

For those who can gross 200k weekly, but can't save 100k weekly is simply because they don't want to, because they have other projects taking up that 100k. Not that it's an impossible feat.

The question remains how to gross and maintain 200k weekly. Piece of cake for people like me.

My dashboard doesn't look like this cuz I don't depend on online trips but trust me, I do savings of 106k every week.

Note: I'm still single n I've never done full day work.

Man says he saves 100k weekly, and he's still single, no wife, no girlfriend - a constant that is required to be able to save 100k. Probably saving for a project.

Anyone doubting him needs a reality check.

If you are single and avoid friends, you can save 100k weekly. Try it and see.

In all you comparison....Never compare a responsible married man to a responsible single guy..... But then you must ensure you create multiple source of income...whether married or not but most importantly when you have a nuclear family to cater for .

When people continued to attacked him I was like okay lemme just be watching. Immediately I found out he’s real, I got motivated and switched my gear up.

I want to prove to people that ehailing isn’t a bad hustle as most people think it is. Not a slavery hustle or whatever they might feel.

My project will be completed sooner by Gods grace and will continue with the plan B.

Below is last week hustle and breakdown are as follows:

Fuel 23,500
Tyre 6,000
Vulcanizer 500
Chicken republic/water/gum 3,650
Money dropped at home 7,000
Total: 40,650

By the way where’s dru23 …. Izzou is active recently Baba I hail sir
Ghost is married with a kid. He has a project. He works hard. After his expenses, he had over 100k to save. He chose his project.

Point made.

His expenses differ from mine, and every other high earner.

Don't let anyone on this thread decide for you, me included. Don't let the naysayers discourage you. Everyone's plan is different but facts don't lie... Pictorial facts don't lie.

The common denominator is make enough money to cover all your weekly expenses and have enough to save.

If you save 50k weekly from a possible 100k, that's 2.5m a year.

There are people on this thread who are like the serious students in the uni, who club weekly with you, but get A's while you get F after the semester. Avoid them. (let the reader use discernment)

I went the married narrative because of 1.people that wants to resign to join the hustle
As married men to rethink.
2. How easy is it for married men to save 4th and 3rd week earnings ?
When they have to pay for house rent in Lagos annually , school fees per term, feed family everyday, pay utility bills and pizza/shawarma with no other side hustle, solely bolt ?

How easy ? I’m not saying it’s not possible before ants let loose on me.
I know people do it feed their family and live on ehailing even on rentals.

Salary earners earn in bulk once every month but driving you earn daily/weekly ( how easy to save)?

Let’s assume You earn 300k driving every month (3.6million)
House rent 600k/yr
School fees 400k * 3 terms (1.2m)
Miscellaneous (1.3m/yr ) : feeding clothes,NEPA,hospital, relatives, fueling Gen,
Car maintenance (300k/yr)
Total =(3.5m)
3.6m - 3.5m = 100k
Savings 100k

I am quite shocked and confused reading this piece from u.
You are advocating for people to rather keep their 80k to 100k salary job and in the same breath u r listing valid and possible expenses of an average married man to the tune of 3.5m a year.
Where and how do u want these people u advise never to resign their peanut salary paying jobs to get the balance inother to get by in life. Just because according to u, driving is stressful and not easy to save.

With your expenses breakdown let's even remove 1m and settle with 2.5m yearly expenses. It means the minimum job that a person can earn a decent living is 200k salary job.

So when u tell people ehailing isn't better than 100k salary work, I don't know if u r joking or u r lying or u r deceiving.

These apps has put so much fear in us sha. Imagine dis dude dey fear double order..Sumtin I dey do wella. All it takes is just luck n common

In the abroad even Uber eats drivers can get
Multiple orders on surge prices Wen deres surge. Uber has a pool variant as well where another rider heading the same direction can join the ride.
All these to make sure drivers earn enough and work less.

But for here...if you don't get lucky days like dis be prepared to drive long hours to earn sumtin reasonable

It criminal if the app disapproves of it which is one trip at a time but if the app approves of it then it okay.

You and i know it's a wrong thing to do even if some of do it at some point, so such act shouldn't be encourage.

I don't know what the fuss Is all about...As long as I get a far distance delivery on one app...I'm taking a rider on anoda app if I'm lucky to get a trip heading my way.

Order gets to Receiver safely, Rider gets to similar destination safely, I get paid in both apps safely...everyone is happy.

This is not what the fuse is about... I hope you've been cleared what the fuse was all about.
