Hmmm...is it so weird i still feel dollar will gain strength back this pullback is to bring in sellers so dey can buy...i'm not even trading anything dollars till next Month...i dun close all my sell trades...d last one on eurjpy i move stop loss to break even & pay for my swaps...

On this issues of swap... please any body knows s broker that offer zero to sensible swap rates beside hf markets and exness....

But if u can keep your food cost below 30% u will b fine.

food cost is also referred to as ingredients cost or raw materials cost also cost of sales. It does not include overhead cost and labour cost.


@ bolded, there are a handful of competent ones here, I don't count myself among these.

But why don't u do it all by yourself? Go solo, Learn and master how to trade.
