Its amazing how China will be regulated to the background except Joe Biden is truly weak. Isolate them and see what happens. Finally, Trump was the best man to deal with China

Crypto is not going anywhere. US institutions are already participating in it, once they find a way to regulate it, the world will follow

And many Countries are adopting it as legal tender while institutional investors are dealing long term.

The table is quite instructive. Thank you for sharing this . What is missing about recent "banning " is that a few other countries have banned crypto almost the same time, unlike before sir.

I have only read of El Salvador sir . El Salvador is a small (about 6m population) and poor ( GDP of less than $30 billion) country. Don't you think China is far more strategic than those institutional investors and El Salvador?

The same script year after year. If people had sold all the times China has "cracked down" or "banned" crypto, they would've missed out on the massive rally. I remember back in 2013 or 2014 when China pulled the same stunt and bitcoin dropped from around $900 to $200 a piece. There was panic, fear and uncertainty. Many people panic sold because the news media kept saying bitcoin will drop to zero. Ever since that time, there's been several crackdowns from China.

Crypto is here to stay. If the Chinese ban it completely, miners will move to bitcoin friendly countries. Unlike fiat, crypto has no central bank so no country can shut it down, it's a network. I'm glad I've ignored all the noise all these years and I will continue to hold until we get to the moon. If you are a long term holder, stay strong while the weak hands sell.

Any country banning cryptocurrency would eventually return in disgrace in future.

Cryptocurrency can NEVER be banned. Even in China, cryptocurrency would still flourish underground.
