Do you consider an investment you made with 10million naira which returns N250 thousand naira annually a bad investment.? In this situation, the asset you bought at 10m can increase in price over time and you can sell it off at anytime or continue to collect your 250k annually. The asset may be a house or shop.
If 250k is too small, what's smallest return you can manage with such amount.?

What do you think about this investment?

10 percent ROI on your investment per annum should be the least return on your investment.

An annual ROI of 2.5% is very poor especially now that the Naira is suffering massive depreciation

Is that one an investment? This will take you 40 good years to have you capital yielded. Why can't you put your money into real estate and have it grow within 2 to 4 years.

Is not a bad investment but the return is very low for such huge amount.
