The bible is far from being the word of God and as David Cross puts it, ” Back when the bible was written, then edited, then rewritten, rewritten, then re-edited, then translated from dead languages, then re-translated, then edited, then rewritten, then given to kings for them to take their favorite parts, then rewritten, then re-rewritten, then translated again, then given to the pope for him to approve, then rewritten, then edited again, then re-re-re- re-rewritten again...all based on stories that were told orally 30 to 90 years after they happened, to people who did not how to write...so..."

Any seeker of truth should not find it difficult to disregard the bible being the complete word of God rather it is a book that contains the words of God, Historians, Poets, Kings, etc...

Translators into the English language may not understand the particular meaning of certain Hebrew words. Nevertheless the ESSENCE of the passage remains UNAFFECTED: King Saul reigned over Israel.

If one translation had said that he reigned over Israel and another said he didn't your point could have been more significant. A translation is NOT the ORIGINAL.

The truth of the matter is that the Bible as been under the attack of Powerful enemies for millenniums but due to God's love this book survived all the attacks. Today there is a group having the best Bible translation that is helping millions to grasp the message of it's Author.

According to their discovery the number of years wasn't certain perhaps due to some reasons so the New World Translation left that part blank!

Your write up is full of pride of an ignorant man. Tell Lukman to seek proper study and research his work before writing to deceive you. This is internet age, ordinary Google search for the origin of that verse will debunk all you called OP and then you will know that the writeup is just shear work of unseriousness and shamelessness.


I have told you, the help a lazy man needs is not explanation of the context of his laziness because he won't still read and take it. The help he needs is scolding to become serious and be diligent to read and read well. This is the case of your author and his audience.


And for you, sending write up of lazy people daily is portraying you as one.
