Hello dear can one quarantine at a different address from the one in the application form.
My sister is going to our cousin's house in Manchester to quarantine but she put Birmingham as her destination in the Visa application form

Yes you can. But they no longer ask for these photos cos to them it isn't verifiable

Contact UKVI. I doubt if they can allow you do assisted service that day after selected self service. i am not sure though.

Good day everyone, I made application for tourist visa to Uk on 22nd March, and I got my decision(may 28 refusal letter) but to my greatest surprise my passport hasn’t been returned m. I have mailed them 4times now and the messages I have been getting is I would get contacted in 15working days. Please I’m in cross road, I feel it has been lost, Shld I just do another because I have Uk admission already and I want to apply for student visa. Please I need professional advice as I’m in a confused state at the moment. Thank you

Have touched on this before. This happens when the DMC makes a decision (visa granted or refused) and the decision wasn't communicated.

Call UKVI, give them your details, they will contact the DMC on your behalf and you will get a response in less than 24hrs.

If the visa was granted someone from the commission will call you to bring back your passport. Goodluck
