- Already understood we have to submit a ds 160 for each of the kids including the primary applicant, as well pay the visa fee for each of them.
- The primary applicant already created a CGI profile to apply for a visa and has included the kids as dependents. The question is do she have to create a separate CGI profile for the kids as well? We also see that if we add the dependent to the primary account, we are prompted to submit their visa application payment receipt number. if we do this, do the kids still need a separate CGI account or can the primary account suffice for all of them?
- The kids are 4 years and 1 year. Does she have to take the kids to the embassy for the visa interview?

Apply now, so at least you have a date. Then you can apply for emergency appointment when your start date is close. I’m assuming your admission is for spring

If you cancel this your current appointment that means you won't be able to book another appointment again that means you will have to make new payment fee before you can book for new appointment. As you have only 2 opportunity to cancel and reschedule, but once you exceeded the 2times. Na to pay for the Visa fee again. I hope am explicit

With your current appointment, you won't be able to request for an emergency appointment. It seems you have previously cancel an appointment. You'll need to pay another visa fee and pick a new appointment date. When it's 60days to your program start date, request for emergency appointment.

If you have never request for an emergency appointment on the current visa fee receipt, you don't need to pay another visa fee. There's only one EA on a receipt . Once it's used, you'll need to pay for another visa fee.

However, I have been f1 denied visa in the past with reliable information that the reason is because I have a first degree relative (spouse) who is in the U.S. He has overstayed in the US and not willing to return for visa renewal for fear of being denied. This is affecting my plans for genuine studies in the states. I have previously filled his name as my spouse on my submitted US visa application form. I am planning to reapply. How do I disconnect myself from him especially now thst its registered on their system thst I am married to him, so that I am able to fill No to the question " Do you have a relative in the US"? Please I need your advice on this. Help a soul. Thanks

Removing his name now look like a lie or your trying to play smart.

Since he’s not coming back he should have just told you to use SEPARATED/DIVORCED bcuz in his own application he must have put your name there as his wife so even if you remove his name now it doesn’t change anything.

Is either you face the VO and tell he/she your story that your not legally separated yet but paper documents have been sent to him to sign.

My opinion but not asking you to do it.
