At the tail end of this video, just within 20 sec at your vehicle's speed, you were approaching another flyover; the GRA junction flyover (can be seen from the Presidential Hotel Junction where your vehicle did the final u-turn) and in another 60sec of descending the GRA flyover, you would be climbing the waterlines flyover and again in another 60sec at same vehicle's speed you would be on the Garrison flyover and after that one at about another 2min, you will be on the Fruit Garden/Nsimiro flyover...

How is Port Harcourt choked up? Port Harcourt is cool just that the indigenes built very poor quality houses defacing the city. If all those indigenous cluster of houses are demolished and rebuilt to modern houses as done by oil companies in other countries Port Harcourt would have been very beautiful

The only major drainage project was done by Amechi. Wike has no wish to extend drainage and channelsation anywhere. He prefers building seasonal roads. And the idea that the flyovers will stop traffic jams for any length of time that's crazy.

Do you know the only city center Rivers state has is PH? Is it suppose to be so? Akwa Ibom has three modern cities. Wike should open up new cities. And one way of doing same is by taking modern infrastructure to other local government.
