Today I was at my first lecture in my university at the UK. We were told to do introduction by the lecturer of the course we attended and after that the lecture began, at some point we have to take break for rest.

Then the lecturer offered to buy drink for all the students that were in class at the school canteen. We all followed the lecturer to the school canteen and grabbed a drink, even when a white boy was insisting not to collect the offer, the lecturer was begging him that he had already paid for every body that the boy should just take a drink.

Then my mind returned back to Nigeria to those days when I was still doing my bachelor degrees and remember what those witches and demons lecturers did to students. I was just like why? Who did Nigeria offend that we are so cruel? even when I met police last week after I lost my way, you can see how their police was polite and showed me road. Them nor ask me anything for the boys. We need to start to get things right from our foundation and not blaming the government always.

Trying to compare UK lecturers with Nigerian lecturers should be treated as a criminal act.

Being a lecturer in Nigeria is a very tough thing... The road is not smooth, so any lecturer in Nigeria who has passed through this tough road will see him or her self as Messiah

One chemistry lecturer like that was always failing students in chemistry 112 back then, the day boys kidnapped and showed her the other side of life, that day she started behaving normal

Nigerian lecturers are just another batch of naija police personnel stationed in uni. No difference abeg.

Because naturally the black man is evil, it is in our DNA, no one can tell me different. The lecturers there are very much approachable. U don’t need to use sir or ma u call them by their name, dem no dey happy to fail a student. Take education away, when u see the way of life abroad and Africa u go know say we are wicked and evil.

The way to stop some Nigerian lectures from being wicked is just shower them money on a regular then you would see that they are even nice and kind than those in the UK. Mannagbrills uncle (Buhari) tenure na him increase the wickedness by 100%.

We are generally rude people. Put any Nigerian in a position of the minutest power and watch how he or she wields it.
Go and watch "visa on arrival" by Bovi. It's on YouTube. It's a series depicting how Nigerians will behave if they were visa officers. It's funny but absolutely thought provoking perfectly describing who we are as a people.

The only few Nigerians who are spuriously well behaved are those in the private sectors working for strict employers. But watch them at close of work how they will treat you.

Check the moderators here, they will ban you without good reasons and leave you without appeal. These things are sadly part of us and we need to stop them.
