It seems you have tackled the other reasons, you just need a different approach to tackle the personal assets and financial status question, once you receive the GCMs notes, then you can share so the house can give you ideas on how to package the reapplication.

Please I need your answers to some questions .
I applied for my study permit 2 years ago in Abu Dhabi and ofcourse it was rejected due to so many loopholes in my application ( lack of education progression , lack of home ties and few more refusal grounds ). I have a bachelor degree in hospitality management and now I'm going for PGD in hospitality management in Canada.

My questions are ;

1. Is it recommended if I come back to Nigeria to apply for the SP application ?

2. Which is recommended for the application , paper based or online based ?

Quickly raise a webform and also fill the imm form to indicate the refusal, do that on time and also prepare your mind for what might be the outcome. Exact thing happened to me and what worked for me was the webform I raised which I used for my JR.

Getting admission for Masters with 2.2 is not totally impossible but slim chances.

. Some schools will ask for a 3.0/4 in the last two years of undergraduate study, some people with 2.2 may have high grades in their last two years and possibly professional experience too in that field can help.

. People that go for thesis based course can also get admission with 2.2 if they can secure a supervisor with same research of interest that can accept them to their lab.

For 3rd class? I don't think that Msc can work oooo. Has to be PGD or PGC.

Please be sure of what you post here... It is almost impossible to get a Masters Admission with a 2:2 or 3rd class..

A post graduate degree is only possible with this.

As long as it covers the duration you want to use for your application ( for Nse they request for 1 year), then that is enough. You do not need normal account statement again. Also upload the ticket in your proof of finacial means document section

Hmmm...If u used ur notes to tackle the refusal reason and the vo still refused based on personal asset which was also part of the previous refusal reasons,I believe the VO was still not convinced. Most times I don't think its about the sufficiency of the funds like most people think,it's more about availability of funds when needed. These guys look critically and logically at the account statement,trend in transactions and may draw up conclusions that funds could have been camouflaged. When your notes arrive,u will get a clearer insight to the vo's concerns. All the best in your next application.

In 2017 a person was issued to 2 years US visit visa and he used it and stayed in the US for 2 month and few weeks and came back to Nigeria before the visa expired. Coming back then Donald trump changed the rules that if you want to renew your us visa you must do an interview again, those who are familiar with this US stuff know that you don't need an interview to renew your visa but trump changed it then. So he went to renew the visa with an interview and the Vo told him that he won't renew the visa because one of his family over in the US is filling for a permanent stay for him and his family. So my question is, is this a refusal or not, do you put yes or no in the imm form if they ask if you have been refused before. The thing is kinda confusing

Was his PP stamped with the visa? If no, then you have your answer there.

I don't believe there's anything confusing about it. It's an outright refusal. If you are not granted then you're refused.

However, the main reason I feel my application was approved was as a result of my SOP. I wrote it myself giving very cogent reasons.
Just try to write your SOP from your personal experience.

More so, I wrote something like........ 'Please do note that I'm in the EE pool". (It might not be advisable to state this please, let the gurus judge) I dunno if it had anything to do with my visa approval though.

Above all, just keep hope alive.

NB: To those who private chatted me, so sorry i'm unable to reply. I'm still trying to have a hang of how that operates.

No you don't need transit visa. The stop at Dublin is for refuelling. It's not a long stop.
