1) Three months travel insurance is required for your visa. The cost of Travel insurance varies depending on the Insurance company. Some go as high as 50k with different packages

2) Some notable names are Allianz, Aiico, Axamansard, IGI Insurance, etc. Allianz is the cheapest about #13,666 and it's recognised in Europe. You can send me a dm I can link you up with the Allianz contact.

3) If you register through the EEF porter, the Visa fee is 50 euro. VFS charge around 10k for their administrative services, due to the current pandemic and the need for social distancing and limited contact, VFS now charge a fee for courier service to return passport document to student in their homes. This fee may vary some can be around 7k. An estimate of the whole process should be about 40k.

Hello, I am required to have a medical insurance worth about €30,000 before applying for France student visa. Now, I don’t know how that works. Do I need to actually pay the €30,000 outrightly to an insurance company (before leaving Nigeria)? That’s a lot of money, and I don’t think I can afford that. Please, help with more information about this. Thanks.

You are not paying €30k. Duration of your insurance policy as well as insurance company you choose determine amount to be paid.

Choose one insurance company amongst Allianz, Axamansard, IGI, Aiico.

Either you go to its office or search for it online and say what you want.

You will be guided properly (they are professionals) and get desire result.

abi i wonder that why ask oo, cause last time i travel out last year only went to govt approved that all
Nchabuomo:

Just use any NCDC approved centre.

Does airlines even have the power to dictate which tests centres they accept? Once the test centre is approved by the government of the country the test is conducted in, then it's acceptable.

The cost of travel insurance depends on how long you want to be in that country. A travel insurance for 60 days might cost around 16k naira. You can get quotes from 2 to 3 insurance companies to compare their prices.

You can try ebusiness.aiicoplc.com to get a quote

One doesn’t need any contact to buy travel insurance. He can do it online at home by himself.

All you need to do is to give him the name of the insurance company or the website

Guys pls advice, when do I take my covid_19 test if the requirement is 72 hours before arrival and am to travel on a Friday by 10pm
It depends on the airline. If it's KLM or Airfrance, the validity of the Covid-19 test is 72 hours, which means you have to do the test on or before 72 hours before the departure time. You can do the test on Wednesday or Thursday.

I did mine on Saturday, i received my test result on Sunday, and i left for France yesterday.

It will show the date that your samples was collected and the date the result comes out. Just go for the test on Wednesday, don't stress.

Based on advisory from the French government you don't need a PCR test if you are fully vaccinated. I'm using Air France for trip soon but I will do the PCR test though as our people's head dey touch a time.

Hello, I'm in same situation, I'm traveling on Tuesday, please when is the right time to take a covid test? Please.

Tho I'm fully vaccinated but based on general requirements, and to be on the safe side, I will rather do test and not need it, than need it and not have it. To avoid stories that touch. Lol. Please advice me on the right time to do the test of my flight is for Tuesday 7:45pm.

I heard something about fully vaccinated people signing a sworn declaration, please can anyone clarify on that.

Thank you
