Yes it is very possible! even our great grand mothers did it to assist their co - wives that went to the market , not disposed at the moment or even in the case of death. But civilization has made it look unacceptable because of certain diseases and ailments which could be contracted by child from the breastfeeding woman.

I've never seen someone done that before. Most times, I used to wonder how children in such situation gets to feed.

I dont understand

This shouldn't be a big deal, inFact in most civilize countries like England and US even kanya and india there is a breast milk bank where mothers who are over lactating can give breast milk for storage so that mothers who are having difficulty breastfeeding or in situation like this one can go and collect. Nigeria nursing mothers should try and inculcate this for unlucky babies, breast milk has the highest nutrition for babies.

If ladies can offer their breast to different guys for them to suck at various points in their lives, I see no reason why they should have any problem helping an innocent baby with that same breast.

I can if I have milk in the boobs....presently, they are just mould of fresh.

Well done mama....may God bless your good heart. The poor baby shouldnt have to go hungry because his/her mama passed. By the way, please offer to help introduce other foods to him too....that will greatly help him as you cant always be his wet nurse no matter how willing your heart is. Thank you.
