Trend broken (Yellow Line) OR NOT yet(Blue Line)?
The magenta line says that level is respected (3rd picture)

While I have waited for my entries on D1 but not coming through yet, I decided to try my 2nd entry analysis: I spotted a very small risk (SL = 50pips ish). It seems to me that the downtrend is broken already as indicated by the yellow line, but if I'm wrong, then it means that it is not yet broken as indicated by the blue line. But anyway, I'm OK risking 50pips SL on gold, but I'm expecting 600pips ish if it obeys my call.

I'm closely watching Monday's candle, if bullish - I will massively continue to long, if bearish, I will leave it to take my SL or I exit manually.

Update: the nice LL and LH structure going on, we now have a supply zone. There are two scenarios i am going to monitor
1. From here price pullbacks to supply before heading down
2. Price continues lower to demand before the pullback
Any way am looking for another sell entry when it pulls back to supply.

That is in relation to physical gold because it is a good store of value in the long term and has an intrisic value. But just like any other asset, the market price of gold fluctuates due to a number of reasons. It could be inflation, war or the value of a countries currency( in this case a rising dollar). It all boils down to demand and supply. Those banks are not buying physical gold for the short term (maybe six months), they are buying for the long term (decades).
