Nah, while I acknowledge we struggled to create good chances, which I pointed out by saying we need to learn how to get the ball into the box of low-block opponents, we were not passing the ball around the midfield and back. Unlike pretty much all the matches this season where we were slow, look confused, and unintentional, today we moved the ball quickly, switched passes really well, played really good passes but couldn't quite translate them to quality chances. Most of the crosses we attempted were blocked and resulted in corners, our corners no really dey make any sense, If you watch Liverpool you would know they're mostly dangerous on corners and crosses.
I no really understand wetin the setpiece coach dey teach.

He got within touching distance twice and failed to stop the move. That is where the "Fred has got it covered/not got it covered" bit comes in.

That is the time to foul the player or nip the move in the bud. Once the player is in full flight everybody is scampering and it is a bit more difficult to foul him. Not saying it could not have been done but the 2 best opportunities were when Fred tried to charge him.
