Earlier this month, I went through the forum and I assumed we didn't provide enough information seeing that we only provided the basics needed so we decided to attach more files (like SOP, SIN) using the webform and I've also booked medicals (this is also a long waiting list). We didn't know which processing office to send the webform to so after reading messages on this forum I sent email to both Nairobi and London but no response from either of them so we took a leap of faith and sent the webform to Nairobi.

Problem now is what if the webform wasn't addressed to the right processing office. I'm assuming the attached documents should be on my profile but it's been a week and nothing yet, not even a response to the email and I'm really really worried about all these. Meanwhile, they plead that you shouldn't send more web forms than required.

The waiting game for canada can be exhausting and mentally challenging. Seeing that April/May/June applicants are getting responses which is also overdue btw, I can only assume I should get some positives soon. It will be a year since I last saw my hubby, even when we dating sef it never lasted more than 2wks but then canada and their silent treatment is not helping matters at all. There's a relief with these updates but seeing everything blank everyday is friatrating ��‍♀️

I'd appreciate responses, please house don't give me silent treatment like IRCC �

In my case , how I knew where my file was that: I sent a mail to all ircc emails.

Like three country , replied telling me that my file was at Nairobi.

I then tailored my mails to Nairobi alone.

We don't know how to send it to IRCC to hasten my application. Any ideas please. Very urgent as she's not well and going through stress at the moment.

Please take time to read some pages back. Not sure of the exact page but someone posted her experience about this and how she was able to use the doctors report on compassionate ground submission. Not sure of her monicker though.

I've tried his/her method last night and the response I got is that since I'm fully vaccinated I can't use such and that the borders has been opened for discretionary travels so they won't process it. I have resulted to webforms and mails to Nairobi. Thanks once again.

Our representative advised we send mails sparingly and that sending multiple mails can result to a refusal.
We had to insist before they sent the last mail to IRCC. This was last month, about 3 weeks ago.

So you know, you are not the only one in that state I submitted my application on December 11th 2020 and am still waiting the wait is crazy I ordered for GCMS notes but has received no reply since 2 month ago...it's just very frustrating and annoying the state am in presently is just indifferent.... for my own sanity, try as much as possible to utilize the social media platforms to keep the marriage going and keep on praying..God will see us through because nobody knows what is going on with IRCC is like they are operating without rules

To clarify, this person got admission for Fall 2021 but deffer to Winter 2022 because of delay in the visa processing. But a few weeks/months later, they got the approval and issued visa. If they try to fly/land in Canada in December/January, are there any risks to this?

I have my own theory and have explained but just wanted to hear other views so we can be sure what their options are.

Hello mate, It's very obvious we are rocking the same both...lols. I was facing same issue with the GCMS note not until I sent an email to "ircc.atip-aiprp.ircc@cic.gc.ca". Behold, they sent me the note the following day and it has been with them since July 04, and they sent it to me September 21st. The note stated that everything has been checked except eligibility is left blank and status is still in progress. They even approved the exemption I earlier requested for. Crazy people ehn! I think you send an email to the email I just shared hopefully, you will get positive feedback.

Let your friend buy ticket for December now and travel within a month to Winter start date.

My thoughts: If he leaves now, there is a high chance he can beat the immigration at both ends but there is also a small chance they can check status of his registration with the school. He need enrollment verification letter that is recent - a good chance he has that too already but the small risk of verification can still come up. Finally, if he beats all these and he needs to renew visa/study permit to complete program (to cover for the missed semester), the story won't add up because transcript will show he/she wasn't enrolled in Fall 2021 while they were in Canada. It could also be something that can come up during PGWP or PR application in a few years.

So, I would play it safe if I were your friend - buy ticket now to safe cost, and wait until December to travel.
NB: Some who just arrived was asked to show their online learning courses to see what courses they are enrolled in. I suspect your friend won't be able to do that since they are no longer enrolled in the Fall term.

No issues bros i had same issues too i got my visa in march after i withdrew from winter in january i differed to fall 2021 and didnt inform ircc and i can in august and no issues at all
