What makes you think he is coming back to live in the house?? How many persons for yankee dey come back come live for 9ja?
Why would a house be somewhere and his parents will be living in rentage.

Do you know if he is building the house for business purposes? Like for rentage?

Now consider this...if the rentage of where his parents are staying in is 500k.. and at the completion of his ongoing house, he intends to rent it out for 2 or 3million a year or so? Do the math...
From the money accrued from the rentage of the house, he can comfortably take care of his parents rent and other welfare needs of his parents and will still have some change left...which can be use for other projects..like building another house for the parents.

It seems you'd add more rooms to the house

Make more money and raise a 2-bed room apartment vfor them so they can move out of your house to theirs...
It won't be morally right to chase them away.

Just chill and let them enjoy the house. We as Nigerians have this sense of entitlement, we see our relative's properties as ours. Thank God u can afford to build a house that they live to enjoy.

The Op had a reason for going on that house project and no body has d right to just move in unless that was his initial plan or they were asked to.
He didnt abadon his parents, he gave them money for rent. Op sincerely , if your intention for the house was diff, you can tell ur parents and find money for them to go back to their rented appartment. If you want them to live there but u know the house aint built for them, let them know cos they might claim ownership in d future not knowing your wife's hard earned cash was in that project too incase sometin else happens in d nearest future.

Mr brother complete d house for them, is a joy parents leaves in the child's house, Almighty will provide another money for u, entrust them again when u want to build another one.
