Concerning your question, I have no answer to it. I feel the follow-up mail will do nothing because if they want people to resume January based on their timeline, your follow-up mail won't be able to change that.

Highest you will be assured that they have not forgotten you and you will be gotten back to when the time is right.

You can send it though, it means nothing.

Well, I think some of the successful candidates from the previous set are still in the forum with us. They can actually help us out with info regarding the timeline

going by my calculations, the process (from start to finish) takes about 5/6 months, so far its getting to around 4 months now. so by November we should be Hopeful. These are just my speculations though.

NCDMB is a govt org they don't have definite recruitment structure. But FMN has a better recruitment structure. Corporate org don't normally take so much time to conclude their recruitment exercise.

I think we should not start putting unnecessary pressure here. Go through trends, there is no time any GT program was cancelled. Their recruitment can take a while even years but so far they have you on their pipeline, they will eventually call you unless you don't want again.
What I observed is that they also carry out recruitment ahead of time.
Some did recruitment in 2018 while they were called August, 2019 for the power plant. During that period of early 2019, another GT recruitment for production was carried out which was postponed.
They will surely call you when they are ready. But while waiting, add values to yourself. That alone can be an edge in our future endeavours.

Lol, I know people who got in please (I don't know them personally though, through 3rd party) friend of a friend.

You know when the majority don't get it or they don't know people that got in, you will hear things like "canceled", "postponed" among other things.

Go to LinkedIn and see people profile, they are now assistant managers in their various units and plants.

Well, maybe it is true. It is still clear you don't go through the trends. The attached profile you said are set of people I know. They did GT Power Plant. They were the one I said who started the recruitment process in 2018 while they resume August 2019. I think March, 2019 another GT program came up which is for Production. Those guys received a postponement message on that same August 2019 till the next GT program is open which Is this current one. No information anywhere said it has been cancelled. Read trends, such things have happened in the past. I rest my case. Don't give yourself pressure please.
