Oga, before the 1k note was approved for use , took more than 6 months for Obansanjo administeration to put it in circulation. And that was because of the following factors which need to be considered : inflation rate, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), buffer stock and replacement rate. All these were considered before the printing and approval took place. So its official date of circulation was October 2005 . Not the creation date


And besides, that insignia could also be a symbol for nuclear radiation . So shall we say nuclear radiation copied Ben 10 ? No
