Avoid using hard sponge; use foam. Use DOVE soap and cream. Don't use dettol soap and other antiseptic soaps. There's also a cream I will recommend, but I've forgotten the name. Remind me,pls.

Don't follow most of the advises given here it gonna worsen the situation.
My case was worse than yours but my face is as smooth as that of a baby now.
It simply means your body can't handle the enormous fatty foods you consume.

* Cut down your fatty foods intake, it could even lead to high cholesterol.
* Stop eating fried foods,its better you grill them.
* avoid vegetable oil completely if possible
*take more of fruits, grains, cereals and foods rich in Fibre
*If you are to take palm oil, use the upper part not the thick one that settles down.
*Wash your face regularly with mild soaps like Joy or Lux.
*Most importantly, if you mastubate regularly please stop it, I don't really know the correlation but it's causes change in hormone levels.

1. The cheque should have pay "Fidelity Bank " instead of my name
2. They should write " kindly transfer to your account details at the back" dully signed
3. You can't cash above 100k due to the cashless policy

Just say the truth,u were first using a lightening cream which got a bad reaction on ur skin, due to ur skin type which u mentioned earlier(oily skin), u dumpt the cream and started hiding to advice given to u which really helped u but literally u are back to ur normal skin colour.

At the back of the cheque, write: kindly transfer the sum overleaf to:
Your name
Your account number
Your bank name.

Don't make any mistake cos if you do the owner of the cheque will have to sign any alteration.

Secondly, you can present the cheque at any GTB near you and you will be paid. As far as your name is written in the pay section and the amount is not more than 150k.

It's better you stay away from groundnut cos of pimples. I have been able to maintain a clean, pimple-free skin by staying away from those foods mentioned earlier. If I feel like taking snacks, I opt for banana or walnuts.
Once you know your system and what suits it, you'll glow naturally.

I took washing of face as an habit, face cap to avoid sun, I don't use sponge on my face, I have to get a normal bathing soap, I avoid oily foods, chunks...

these are the primary steps I use and I also try some products alongside..

Take your bath always. i mean like five times a day and apply the ketoconazole each time. Take your bath seriously is the number one solution.

Just rub lime juice on your face and then steam at least twice weekly. That's all.. pls stop when you notice that your skin is no longer oil to prevent it from getting too dry

Yes and let it be known to you that most ladies do such cos of you guys. And as for daddy freeze , the competition stuff amongst ladies is just an after effect of what I said. They are all for the attention of guys... Atleast the guy wld most likely consider the fairest first before others. That's just the truth. You might not really appreciate that but other guys like you love them fair even the overbleached ones.. lol
