I don't advice you use his company account I think that's even less believable. I think the funds is manageable. It's your relationship with your uncle you should try to prove. I believe your ability to prove it might just help you get the visa. Good luck Bayor65: |

On finance, the program is a fully funded PhD covering tuition and allowances including research assistantship. We added his personal bank statements as well. The only lump deposit that came from his sister was backed with gift deed and letter of support. We as well showed proof of relationship Purpose of visit... We explained that as well. He just finished his masters this July and going immediately for a PhD in the same course. Immigration status He is legally in China as he has continued with a PhD program in his school. Visa has been renewed and we attached passport pages and police clearance certificate. We dont know what else IRCC wants. Anon123: |

Hello Ominii All through my years on this thread coupled with my experience with the Canada study application, I do no think I have come across the bolded message... Do you have an evidence that the message really is from an IRCC agent? In case you don't know, its not the Visa officers that reply to your emails but a customer care representative, and if truly the message was sent to an applicant, then that is so rude from the Customer care officer because sending of multiple mails is never a criteria or reason to refuse an application and also its the Visa officer that attend to applications and not Customer care representatives.... Come and let us reason together, an applicant applies for a study permit application, he passes Background Check, he passes his Medicals, he passes his Eligibility review and overall meets the study permit requirement of Canada. And now sending several mails to IRCC over his delayed application, results in the refusal of his application... Does that make any sense to you? Or have you seen in any GCMS note that the reason for refusal was because the applicant was sending too many mails? Please lets be guided.... Peace Omiinii: 1 Like |

Please stop assuming and wait for your GCMS notes to arrive.... Using a company's bank account is not even advisable.. The problem should be in your failure to convince the Visa Officer of your relationship with your uncle... Wait for your GCMS notes to know what really went wrong and stop assuming... Peace Bayor65: |
