Remember, it's only the Federal Government that's responsible for national rail lines.

Buhari never stopped any Lagos-Ibadan line, there was already an existing rail line that crisscrossed the country then. Buhari stopped the Lagos metro line because of kickbacks and corruption. It's important to always dispel facts
