A001:the foundational principle of our conceptual reality is objective rationality Those empires you mentioned were built on flawed principles that worshiped imaginary gods and practiced human sacrifices If the foundational principle of a civilization is flawed, would it progress? Besides those empires were monarchies, I wouldn't call them civilizations, do you want us to discuss inequality under such systems and how the grandeur of the elite distort the afflictions of the masses If europeans never came and brought enlightenment, would africans abandon jazz and focus on education and logic? Was there even a path to enlightenment for africans? We still have people here today that are superstitious and believe in jazz, they are the majority in africa, despite all the accomplishments and progress that enlightenment has brought, they are still people that believe such things, you expected these people to naturally abandon their archaic ways and advance into a civilization without outside assistance africans might have created empires but civilization is something that they never were 4 Likes 1 Share |

Havertz10:Before you start discussing about a subject you know very little of, first get good books of Africa's history or black race history written by African/black historians and read, not the crap you've been fed with by hegemonic European or Arab historians. You clearly know very little about the ancient Egyptians, who called their land Kemet and were black/African people, not European or Arab as mischievously painted in history books written by whites or Arabs or by their media houses. Related: https://en.lisapoyakama.org/the-ancient-egyptians-were-black/ Ancient Egypt used to be a superpower in the olden days, just like the US is today. I don't even need to waste time in this sort of discussion considering the fact that even though Africa is the second largest continent in the world by both population and land mass after Asia, our continent is represented on world maps as if it's much smaller than the other continents and even countries in Europe and Asia. It's not surprising that many white people see Africa as just a small country, not a large continent. This simple yet highly significant misrepresentation shows how the whites have twisted many facts about Africa to Africans themselves and to the outside world. They also did the same thing to the histories of ancient Egypt and other parts of North Africa. Your comments here on this subject show these white supremacists did an excellent job of distorting the history of the black race. Many leaders and historians in Africa and black nations outside the region wrote that book for people like you to educate yourself about Africa's real history and bin the trash taught to you over the years by the white and Arab supremacists. FYI, in the oldest parts of Europe, the Americas Asia, and Australia, their indigenous people are black, even including Saudi Arabia. FYI, the world owes Africa every aspect of the civilization achieved today, not the other way round. That's a fact. 2 Likes

Leyqute: BlueRayDick: The only reason above is that he (Daniel levy) was unwilling to sell his best player to a direct city rival and nothing else, had other team come at that period he could have sold him without hearing any of this long story. Now, Modric's transfer is far gone, just recently the same Daniel levy sold walker to man city,is there any saga that went behind the scene that you want us to know? |

A001:i'm not talking about anything written in a book, Can a civilization thrive without a foundation built on logic? was there a path to enlightenment for Africans without European imperialism? If there was, please point out the factors that indicated that, because even today, despite the availability of internet and mobile phones with camera, people still believe in juju it's a societal flaw, it's not about the human, we are a product of the society that we belong to, unless you become a contrarian and question everything You would accept and follow the herd and your actions will contribute to aggregate destruction for all our society, culture and way of life doesn't promote intellectual growth aggregately When a curious child ask questions, they are told to shut up and question nothing We don't breed freethinkers, we breed puppets that are conditioned to serve at the pleasure of the elite This has been going on for centuries, and even if you accept it or not, it has created a society of flawed people Even if colonization never happened, we wouldn't have advanced into a civilized society. you are among those people that believe in African exceptionallity Greatness isn't claimed, it's attained Which African country today is poised to achieve postmodernism? Even in the next 300 years, with our population doubling and inequality rising, fools will breed fools, African greatness like you envision isn't even feasible for the foreseeable future and we were never as great as you are trying to make it seem 7 Likes 1 Share |

raumdeuter: Things I don't know in football are basically those off pitch stuffs and it's because I an simply not interested in knowing them, anybody can cook up stories for idiots to run away with it,simply because the source is from abroad. I remembered when Barcelona was in rough patch sometime ago in 2012 and the media were quick to point fingers and mentioning dressing room unrest or something, David villa quickly came and told them not to look for rift were there is none. Meanwhile,i already had poeple who already believed the story of David villa and messi not getting along in Barca's dressing room by the media. So pls I'm not into rumours,I prefer to talk on things I see in football just like players actions on the pitch which includes defending which you don't know and can never know, if you continue to believe there is something like defenders running away from attacker. 2 Likes |

popizaino: Why do u think I gave Daniel Levy as the reason why Kane is not a Barca player? It's because he's a shrewd business man who will either milk any potential suitor of his top players or mentally drain the players before allowing them to leave. Since u admitted in ur response to raumdeuter that there a lot of things u don't know in football because u are not interested, then I undertand why u don't know these things. U asked if there was any saga u weren't aware of, well u should know Dimitar Berbatov suffered the same fate as Modric in his move to Man utd back then; and yes! Man utd was not tottenham's city rival neither were they direct rivals in the race to the league. As regards Walker, we all know Pep and his Arab Sugar daddies had to break the bank to get him out of White Hart Lane. It's been over 4 years since he was signed yet he's still amongst the top 5 most expensive RB in history. You feel me? |
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Champions Of Europe 2021 by A001: 3:04pm On Oct 07, 2021 |
Havertz10:You're not making any sense at all. If this assertion of yours is true, then that means no civilization has ever existed on this planet in history because looking at human history, the majority of the peoples in all parts of the world have always worshipped one god/goddess or the other, whether civilized or not. Today, religious people are in the majority in all First World countries. Just like those religions of the so-called civilized people have their good and bad aspects, the native ones in Africa also do. But the problem is you're focusing on the bad parts of these indigenous religions as you were taught by the white supremacists. Thus, if you're saying that for the simple fact that being religious means a country isn't civilized, then you clearly don't know what you're talking about. You're taking "civilization" to be the same as "enlightenment". But both are starkly different. In all eras of human history, freethinkers have always been in the minority, and I don't see that changing in the next few hundred years. (Though Otem says in some centuries from now, the scale will tip in favor of freethinkers. This, he claims, was revealed to him by some ancestors of Africa, the gods and goddesses worshipped in religions, who monitor (future) happenings on Earth via satellites from other planets with times much faster than ours and in some parts of the inner universe where there's no time. It's an interesting statement, but still a claim nevertheless.) You're a clearly a very ignorant fellow to posit it was the whites that brought enlightenment to Africa. Were most of the white people or Arabs themselves even enlightened a few hundred years ago? You're funny. In any nation or during any human era, the enlightened ones are always few. 1 Like |

A001: I don't understand the effort to rewrite history. Now I am not saying that account of the whites is accurate and faultless, I am saying that the disparity isn't as grand as you believe them to be. Now whether civilization started from Africa or not, doesn't matter, what matter is that at the point of contact between the Europeans and Africans, the Europeans had more advanced technology that made it easier to take control of Africa. They took control and devised means to maintain that control. That's what matters. Look at the two world wars and the increase in technology that came with it, no African country could boast of that. The European living conditions made them given to innovation and invention, and that made it possible for them to dominate Africa. If Africa was left alone, we would have developed at our own pace definitely, but at the point in history that matters, we were not as technologically advanced, and you won't blame us, we had totally different cultures and priorities. We were simply not prepared to withstand invasion. @ your last paragraph, that may or may not be a fact, even if it is, how does the knowledge that the world owes us civilization help our current state? 1 Like |

A001:I agree with your points here, Havertz10 is interpreting the present into the past. Religion played its part in human development, you cannot deny that fact. The US and Europe were religious for most parts even up till the late 1900s, that didn't stop them from developing. And then there is the trend of blaming religion for everything, it's just funny. 1 Like |

What a shrewd businessman Mike Ashley is! I am so happy for the man. He may not be the most liked but he endured the worst banters and pressure from the English press and fans to sell his club but he held on to it nearly going into administration. Today, he is at the verge of selling his club to a Saudi group for an amount that nearly meets his asking price. |

Emmynator:Who's rewriting history? Maybe you think all the info in that book is new. They're not. A number of African historians have written on the subject many years ago, but the current effort just got more support and backing from African leaders, especially the AU. That's the major difference. Who's more qualified to write the history of African people? Africans or Europeans or Arabs? You're saying the authors and contributors that wrote that book are rewriting history? If you don't narrate and document your own history, foreigners will do so as they wish and use it to manipulate you. No one is rewriting history, unless of course you think the whites and the Arabs have exclusive rights to write the history of Africa. Emmynator:It's a lot grander. You sound like the average Nigerian that knows the (controversial) history of fictitious Jesus offhand but doesn't know the simplest of facts about the history of their native land. No wonder most Nigerians see "black" as something dark, shameful or evil and "white" as the opposite. That's the dominant view in the country. Emmynator:You sound so naive. Even the highlighted doesn't matter to you, it's important for archeological, pedagogical, and research purpose. Every aspect of history is important. You might as well tell schools to scrap the aspects of archeology and paleontology in those departments that deal with the origin of civilizations on earth. Emmynator:In any war, most times the party with the most sophisticated technologies and skilled men wins. That doesn't mean the invaders were more civilized than some parts of Africa hundreds of years ago. Military technologies aren't the alpha and omega of technological advancements or civilization. The main reason why the whites had superior technologies was they're war-mongers and expansionists. Many great countries in today's Europe used to consider plundering the resources of richer and friendlier countries and conquering and colonizing them a key part of their strategy for growth and development. Many Africans in the past didn't have interest in such endeavors. But that doesn't mean some of those African countries were less civilized. Due to this reluctance to invade and colonize foreign lands, that's why you'd hardly find adherents of African traditional religions beyond Africa, except due to the trans-Atlantic slavery trades, unlike Christianity and Islam. Or do you define civilization or greatness based on a country's successful plundering efforts, engaging in slavery, invading and colonizing other people? Emmynator:This your question is a funny one. Most Africans see whites and Arabs as their masters and as superior races because they (Africans), due to their lack of historical knowledge, don't know the damage these people they revere did to the continent over the past years through colonialism and slavery. They only know the bad aspects of the history of black people as taught to them by the white and Arab supremacists, but not the glorious past. Both aspects are crucial. While one shouldn't deal with the whites and Arabs with scorn or indignation, it's not proper to treat them obsequiously as well. Most Africans see themselves as descendants of the ancestors of Israel people (that applies to the Christians) or descendants of the ancestors of Arabs (that applies to the Muslims). This makes the Africans feel inferior to the whites and Arabs. But this popularly held notion about the origin of mankind is utterly false without any iota of evidence, except the Bible and Qur'an respectively. But the claim in any book — however popular it's, whether religious or otherwise — still remains a claim unless enough evidence is given to support its veracity. According to most experts in paleontology and archeology, Africa is the cradle of humankind. This fact was arrived at working with the data collated over several years — a growing body of evidence in form of tons of fossils and remains of early humans discovered in East Africa over the last 60 years or thereabouts. It's important to research about this fact concerning the origin of mankind and learn the African origin of civilization. If you don't know your history (both the good and bad aspects), you'll remain in slavery forever and easily lose your identity. You reason like the average Nigerian that thinks it's a waste of time to learn history. 1 Like |
