When stream 1 passes out from camp, portal will open for another registration but pcms that didn't report to camp in previous batch or stream will still go with this batch C (either stream1 or 2) once they must have remobilized or revalidated. And grouping of streams is not done by who registered first or what number you have in your callup number.

I'm having this same issue... They told me to submit my jamb admission letter again, I'm even tired of refreshing that senate list link. I might even go back to school to complain again..

Yes it's compulsory, it's for your registration. It's been collected by NYSC

Just keep checking/poking them till its uploaded/included.
For them to tell you they shall add it; means it is somewhat possible.

Who is currently serving in Oyo state should please verify the claim

It means the school hasn’t yet submitted the hard copy to nysc. She’ll have to wait and keep checking to see if her name appears on the verify senate list.
