Hello guys
I hope you are all having a good day.
If I do not take the vaccine before I travel, how long do I need to quarantine?

I would appreciate your answers.
Thank you

Get your quote using WuGlobalpay
Go to any bank
Request for Form A
The bank will take it up from there
They will sell to you at cbn rate.
Please note
Some banks will tell you some "third party bullshit stories" just walk to the next bank or branch

You don't need a dorm account to pay through WUglobalpay

I paid my school fees through WUglobalpay without at dorm account at Access Bank

chrysto:
Good day all,
Please I have 3 questions that I need help on:
1. For those whose schools don’t give their international wire transfer for school/ admission fee payment ( Dalhousie university ) but western Union global pay, how do you go about the payment with the rate at which dollar is increasing?
2. I still will like to meet anyone going to Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia.
3. Please what the process of paying Canadian Study permit fee, since the money is in CAD for those who don’t have dom account?

Hmmmm, why another degree or do you mean a second degree (e.g Masters) ?

Did your brother have a 2.1?

Is the CGPA he had in his last two years in the University very dope e.g 400 L & 500 L?

did you get admitted to TRU? If yes did your university send transcript before the letter of acceptance and how long since you started your visa processing. I just got an offer from TRU but I’m yet to pay tuition deposit and send transcript

I got admitted to TRU as well and my uni had to send my transcript + I had to pay tuition deposit before I got letter of acceptance

Good day everyone, I am new here and completely new to the process.

Pls help me out.
I am Bsn nurse. Currently rounding up my internship.
My destination is Canada.

Apart from writing IELTS, every other information Is just muddled up, from assessing with nnas to icas and wes to going through the educational route which I think would be too expensive for me.

Can someone pls give me breakdown of the steps I actually need. It would be so much appreciated.thanks alot

You need to have a quarantine plan and you will only know if you will be exempted at the port of entry .

If your second vaccine is more or within 14 days day as at the time you are at Canada, you might not need to quarantine.

Saying this based on the landing gist so far on here.

@anon123 pls is it necessary to state first refusal in the SOP?

Anon123:

Yes, you have to input the previous UCI number in one of the IMM forms, check well and you will see it. By doing that, you wont need to pay for biometrics again.

You are not to input your biometrics number cos the UCI number is encryped with every detail about you, from biometrics to final decision.

Attach the previous medical slip when submitting your application.

Hello Omiini

They have received your messages.

Once a message is sent to any of the IRCC centre, the center checks if they are the center in charge of an application, if not they re-direct it to the centre responsible for the application..

So be rest assured they have gotten your message..

Peace
Omiinii:
Please I have a question I've been sending webforms for weeks now. Updating my bank statements, updating my sponsors ID and also complaints and I found out that when I use the webform I didn't direct it to Nairobi(found out here that you have to direct it to the primary office). I'm wondering then where are all the extra information I've been sending for the past week been going to?... Does it means the VO'S haven't seen these webforms or there's no need to resend again just to be sure.
@makano

So my journey started literally in February lmao. I had no idea i was going to school in Canada until my aunt in the US started pushing my dad to allow me. So long story short he agreed and i wrote ielts in april, got a 7.0 band. Then the process began.

Application Submitted - May 19th 2021
Biometrics- done since 2016 (I’ve had multiple canada visiting visas).
Upfront medical - May 13th
Medical Passed - May 21st
Eligibility review - Never started
BVL - October 7th
PPR - October 7th

Documents submitted
All Required IMM forms
Admission letter and first year school fees payment proof.
Passport photograph
International passport showing my past Uk,US, Canada visiting visas.

My parents were my sponsors and my aunt in the UK was my co sponsor. She wrote me a letter of sponsorship saying she will take care of my living expenses for the two years I’ll be studying.

I submitted the following;

Father’s 6 months bank statement with a 2m naira balance
My mums 4 months salary account statement with literally 0.12 naira lol. But she had an inflow of about 60 million.
My mums letter of introduction from her bank stating I’m her son and she earns 18 million a year.
Her payslips
Her investments and shares
My dads promotion letters (works with immigration)
His id card
His payslips
His land documents
His investments and shares
His pension statement (9 million naira)
My aunt in the UK’s 1 year bank statement with a balance of 20,000 pounds
Letter of support for my living expenses from my aunt
My aunts UK passport and Drivers license
Pictures of my aunt and dad when they were little to show proof of relationship, birth certificate to show proof as well.

I sent my aunts proof of relationship documents through webform in august. I literally forgot to add them when I applied.

Affidavit of sponsorship (father and mother)
SOP
Police clearance
Birth certificate
Father’s birth certificate
Mother’s birth certificate
Siblings birth certificate (2)
My whole family’s passports showing their past visas.

I also renewed my passport in September and got my new letter of acceptance since I deferred to January. sent those through webform.

I literally gave up yesterday and sent an email to nairobi asking for an update. After I sent that email I vowed to never check my profile again lmao and here i am today.

Please guys don’t give up and thanks to all the gurus that gave me information.
I’m happy I found Nairaland and hope you all waiting for ppr will get it this week Amenn!!

God finally did for me. I learnt a lot from this platform including when I was putting my applications together.
First Time Applicant. Master program and 11+ years study gap. I ensured the master’s program is in line with what I do. #Silent – the master program I am going for, I already have the same certificate in Nigeria (but I did not mention it).

TIMELINE
Submitted May 19, 2021
Completed May 26, 2021
Eligibility started September 27, 2021
Request Letter September 29, 2021 (Request to upload valid travel passport on my portal. The one I used to apply has expired). Note I have been sending series of webform to update on the new passport and was acknowledged. Yet, on this date request letter dropped for me to upload on my submitted documents.
BVL October 6, 2021
PPR October 6, 2021

SUBMITED DOCUMENTS
Arranged in table of content.

17. Personal Assets

ii. Properties (2) (I showed receipt only because that is what I have)
iii. Family survey property (My parent property and I wrote in explanation letter that I manage it)

I was periodically sending additional document which include Mpower loan financing to let VO know that I have the finance to sustain my study. All emails and webform document I raised showed in the first GCMS note I ordered. I have another GCMS which is yet to drop. From my experience, make sure you are consistent in the list of documents you are submitting and enough fund. Let your SOP and letter of explanation be logical and convincing to ordinary person. Your application is determined by the documents submitted which could either raise suspicion or reinforce honesty. I don’t think they have time to start verifying account balance or your previous school if actually you graduated or not. But make sure you submit original and authentic documents. After submission, larger percentage of the fund in my spouse account were no longer available. Likewise, I have changed the denomination of currency in my investment account because of naira fall cheesy.
I will be applying for my spouse and children afterwards. All the best guys.

It can only be God. Congratulations
