It has been 32 working days now and nothing.

Please advice on what can be done?

There was a time due to kidnapping. Kids visa was endorse with two names meaning the child can only enter with those two names... I don't know if Nigeria still does that. If they do then no .. if you are not named they won't allow entry. If they stopped that then maybe

2. For the deposit: After making the 4,000 pounds deposit, is it the remaining tuition money that I will put in my account or maintenance money inclusive?
3. If I am going for two years course, is it the balance for the first year or second year inclusive will be deposited to obtain CAS?

I am having this same issue. Up to 4 times now, I have entered my card details and debited up to 2,000 even without speaking to any agent. no agent is picking up. I can’t call them from Mtn line, it will say call failed. I hav spent up to 5k airtime on Glo, it says please wait after debiting me until they cut the call by themselves. After Making your 4k deposit and it's confirmed (directly from them or you send to africa@tees.ac.uk), you would get a confirmation offer and a mandatory questionnaire to fill and submit with your POF
For the POF, it's the balance of your fees after deposit +9207
For 2years, you only have to show the POF of the first year (1500 or 2k (this amount depends on if you're given a discount and how much discount you were given)+9207
For 16months 6k5 or 7 (this amount depends on if you're given a discount and how much discount you were given) +9207

You start counting your POF the day after your money is complete (balance of fees. +9207), except you've had more than enough previously in your account, then just calculate 28days and print out

Meanwhile, it should be more than the exact money value on Oanda check-rate due to fluctuation

This POF and MQ is submitted together, after which you are checked and then issued CAS within 5 working days
You can then apply for VISA with the same account statement
Let the money REMAIN in your account until your visa is out

Usually within a day.
Their responses are usually not that helpful though. They will just Inform you that they will contact your case worker.

To be honest, the customer service team can do much but to inform your case worker.

The last part of your clarification got me confused. The same account statement I printed out can be used for visa application? Because by then the money should have been more than 28 days in my account. So it doesn't really matter if the number of days for account statement exceeds 28 days for visa application?
