First was Madagascar, then Sierra Leone and now CAR. I'm ashamed but let's wait for Rhor's excuse
its not far fetched. We are still a young team, CAR has better players grin grin. That man should go

Rohr out. I'm tired. Pinnick is the worst thing to have ever happened to Nigerian football.
This is beyond any coach.

The better team won, let's see NFF response.
it is really the better team.

If they had taken their opportunities well, it would have been two minimum.

But their saving grace was that they scored at the dying minutes.

If we had 15 more minutes left, we would have drawn at least

As much as I want to blame Rohr, everyone is respond
Nff for owing coaches salaries in arrears and not using the right pitch
Rohr for selecting an imbalanced formation
The players for missing chances and conceding such as easy goal. This is one of the worst result in Nigeria history but we must calm down

If that 94 team beat Italy then you would have rate them.

Pls don't compare the team with any team Nigeria produced from 98 to date..

94 set of players were masterclass, forget afcon they won even 2013 team won it but they are real golden eagles.

I can only compare 1978 team with them who threw 78 world cup qualifications away with own goal though the team later won afcon 80.

Cc.Kog45 Senior man, greetings.

Isn't it funny how some persons are comparing the quality of '94 set of players to what we have today. A team that paraded Nwanu, Emenalo, Oliha, Adepoju, Olise, Yekini, Amokachi, Finidi , Siasia, Amunike. Rated one of the best team in the world...lol

All these paid mofos do on this thread is overhype average players..

Stupid team..

The coach is the problem.
We can see what Djamel Belmadi has done with the Algeria team after taking over in 2017.
Thought Rohr would be gone by now cos he has since passed his prime with the Eagles and is presently on a steady decline.
This Pinnick led NFF board have caused more harm than good...can't wait for them to leave.

This is not the right time to discuss fairly. Rohr killed the Team tactically, he had opportunity to invite an AM but rather prefer to play a SS instead of an AM.

He brought in Musa to at least get a point, but exposed the Midfield to Counter and well utilised by the underdogs.

We played poorly to be honest, too slow with transition of ball from defense to attack. No urgency, neither did we threaten them enough to deserve a win.

We lost but I expect them to win in Cameroon...... massively.

The earlier we move away from this 4-4-2 the better for us, Ejuke and Kalu as traditional wingers in a 433 would have done damage to these guys

You can see very well the C.A.R coach's tactics, and he perfected it, knowing well the strength of his players.
Let me ask what is Gernot Rohr's tactics, pattern and approach in this game.
Please don't tell me those long balls from Ekong are part of his game plan. Against C.A.R?

This is a game of tactics and Rohr was clearly beaten.

yes and we fielded a very young team

How Rohr could get outcoached by CAR is beyond me. But then to be fair the man hasn't been paid for ages and the pitch is very poor.

To be honest Oshimen has lot of work to do

He rarely position his headers and thats crucial as a 9
so positioning of headers is now the problem here? A ball that he stretched himself to head? Where's even the support?

Blunt midfield, clueless Coach. Simon should have been subbed in long ago.

African Pep nearly finished Super Eagles and abandoned us mid qualifiers with the same team that won't afcon under keshi.

Now u are looking for Amunike. grin

Super Eagles is not for what who u think is like guardiola but who can deliver what Rohr is giving us and more

What is Rohr giving us? When you guys say things like this, I find it baffling.

We can not even build up from the back since this man took over for years.

He is a poor coach. Your own is just mixing different talks and please, Oliseh got starved out of the team and frustrated.

Rohr is supported and benefited massively from the works of Manu Garba, Amunike and Siasia over the years.

men truly invite players and inshallah! sad

Sacking is not even the issue if we get rid of him who takes over when we can't even afford to pay the man's wages.

Was it not here I read someone saying Osimhen is better than Auba? Nor be juju be that?

This team is wack!! Watch them blame Amaju and Aigbodun or whatever his shitty name his.

I'll gladly take Anuneke at this point... At least everybody knows what Anuneke style of play is..If we are going to loss to minnows, we should be playing good football...What rubbish was that?
they were even making long throws! WTF? He refused to invite more midfielders and even had the guts to take out one of the two midfielders for a winger! Like WTF??

The man has absolutely nothing more to offer...

somehow:

Then he should simply resign.

Is he tied down?

Will Rohr's resignation save Nigerian football? Will it stop the NFF from owing and demotivating coaches?

Let's be honest and transfer the grievances to whom it is due. Rohr is the least of the problem.

Tactically we can play both Osimhen and Nacho together, but we must switch to 3 - 4 - 1 - 2 Formation to make it happen.... Iwobi behind duo of Osimhen and Nacho.

As a defender, what Balogun did today for that late equalizer is a droppable offense

. Yes ,but in a very hurtful manner . I am just waiting for the coach and NFF excuse this time. This man has mind ooo. No midfielder and you want to win. Its not about AM is about maximizing what you have. Football has really advanced. Rohr should get out. He has nothing to offer.
