What formula are you trying to get? What crop are you targeting, maybe I will put up mine here.

Remember N P K is different from N P₂O₅ and K₂O

What i expect a farmer to do is to get a crop nutrition program for the particular crops he is farming and the stages of growth.
N P K Ca S Mg Zn are a must for high yield no matter the fruit vegetable you are growing. Without all these knowledge, you are just an advanced local farmer.

[That's what I did. Mix in the proportion I wanted to use.
For example to get a blooming npk version, for every 1g of SSP (0:20:0), I used 0.7g of NPK (20:5:10) and 0.5g of MOP(0:0:60).
That's gives 14:25:35 (5:8:12) formula which is very good for tomatoes and pepper family.

For cucumbers, I will increase the NPk to 1g giving 20:25:35 (7:8:12) formula.
I noticed Mydaz RZ F1 cucumbers and Colombia watermelon could even take up to 45g fertlizer per plant at adulthood without a burn. It's impossible on peppers but manageable with tomatoes. Meaning every plants needs are different.

Urea is advised not to be mixed with any other fertlizer before application except you are using it immediately. The only advantage of Urea with the MOPs is the precise formula you can get from the formula as the three fertlizers Urea 46:0:0; SSP 20% 0:20:0 with calcium 18% /Sulphur at 11% and MOP 0:0:60 all have 1 major nutrient.
This is easier formulated than using NPk in the formula.]

0.5g of mop 0:0:60 will yield mop 0:0:30.
So adding all together gives:

1g ssp 0: 20 :0
0.7g npk 20:5:10 14: 3.5 :7
0.5g mop 0:0:60 0: 0 :30

Total npk 14: 23.5 :37

The equivalent dividing by 2.8

Npk 14/2.8: 23.5/2.8 : 37/2.8 gives:

Npk I 5: 8.39 : 13.21

This is a bit different from what you have. Please correct me if I did it wrongly.

apologies for the long break,due to an industrial accident I had in our farm that took me away from farming,but I am up and running again,time for dry season action,I doubt if 500k will still finance an acre of cucumbers looking realistically at the current cost of agricultural inputs,when we did that analysis 50 grams of cu999 is #8k,now it is #13k,paraforce was#1500 naira now it is #3500-#4000naira,bag of nylon rope #3500 now it is #7-8k,the list goes on and on,our new motto is quality management yields more,we are still on the mission to get #500k from one plot and we already have a plot of 2 weeks old crops,by looking at the current price of cucumbers now(#6000),I have no doubt we will reach that target by the time it will come out a bag will surely be hovering above #7k or more,and it will be an interesting dry season this time around because we have cleared 1 hectare for cucumbers and my partner Mr diekololo from fountain drip, abeokuta will start installation of the irrigation system next week.

yes it is easily possible,I was discussing with a farmer yesterday and he was complaining that before he use to get 80-100 bags of cucumber per 50 grams of seed but now he is getting 40-50 bags,even at that rate of production 5000 stands will be roughly 150 grams which will be 150 bags per cycle ×3 cycles in a year that will give you a very conservative yield of 450-500 bags,if you use 1500 m drip irrigation which will give you roughly 5000+ crops and Venturi injector,you can apply Fertilizer every 10 days and increase your yield by 30-40%,make sure every cycle you must re till the soil and apply manure as basal before planting, cucumber is the easiest crop to grow,in 46 days you are cashing out.

Depends on your plan, farm location, availability of inputs and tenacity.
This year for example, we spent less than #150,000 to cultivate close to 3acres here in Ogun State. We are currently harvesting and hopeful to net not less than 150% ROI considering the harvested yield although, prices are currently low.
